Macy Hill has proven experience in leading philanthropic investment, family office management, non-profit operations, and public policy advising. Hill began her career in the corporate world and became familiar with complex program management and marketing before creating a lifelong career of connecting people to meaningful giving strategies. She now advises family offices, foundations, and individuals seeking to manage and align their generosity to achieve a positive impact on the issues they care about.
Hill was elected to the Fort Worth City Council in 2023, and currently serves on the TCU Board of Trustees, Fort Worth Sports Commission, Healing Shepherd Clinic, and The Cowtown Marathon board of directors. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Liberal Arts (MLA) and Bachelor of Science degrees.
